Run over a pedestrian in Bobovište: Criminal complaint against the tractor driver
The accident happened around 5:30 p.m. in the village of Bobovište in Aleksin, when D.Ž. tractor hit a pedestrian B.P. 77 years old
According to the order of the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office in Aleksinac, the police will file a criminal complaint against D.Ž. (69) who yesterday took part in a traffic accident in which a pedestrian was killed.
– The criminal complaint against the suspect will be filed in the regular procedure – we were told in OJT Aleksinac. Reporting in the regular procedure implies that there are no grounds for arresting the suspect.

– The pedestrian was walking along the sidewalk along Drakčeta Milovanovića Street and stepped onto the road just before the tractor came across. The driver of the agricultural machine hit him and the pedestrian died on the spot – our sources familiar with the case said.
