Before the competent insurance company in a peaceful procedure, the injured party was paid an undisputed part of the damage from the traffic accident. For the disputed part of the damage, I filed a lawsuit against the competent insurance company for the payment of the disputed part of the damage. In this procedure, I effected the passing of a judgment obliging the insurance company to compensate the plaintiff for damages despite the annulment of the judgment by the second-instance court.
