JUDGMENT FOR THE MURDER OF STEFAN KOCIC: Mitic sentenced to 8 years in prison

DEJAN Mitic (28) was sentenced to 8 years in prison in the first instance for a serious act against traffic safety. He was banned from driving a motor vehicle for 5 years and will bear the costs of the procedure.

Judge Tamara Savić imposed this sentence.

Stefan Kocic (20) died in a car accident, for which Mitic was convicted in the first instance, when he was hit by a BMW car driven by Matic.

The accident happened at the entrance to Niška Banja in 2019, while Kojić was helping an unknown man to change his tire.
