The traffic accident occurred when there was a collision between a motorcycle with a passenger and a passenger motor vehicle, where the car driver was found guilty of causing a traffic accident and sentenced to 4 years in prison, while the motorcyclist whom I defended was acquitted. I point out that the passenger on the motorcycle died on the spot as a result of the contact between the passenger motor vehicle and the motorcycle, that the motorcycle was unregistered, and that the motorcyclist exceeded the speed limit in the traffic accident zone by about 20 km/h.
