In a lawsuit to fulfill a contractual obligation in the amount of 5,200 euros following a concluded out-of-court settlement, the first-instance court twice rejected the claim of the plaintiff whom I represented. However, the first time I managed to cancel the appealed judgment and return the case to a new trial, and the second time I obtained a judgment by the Appellate Court, which changed the rejection judgment, and which accepted the claim of the plaintiff.
