In this case, I represented the defendant whose company concluded a contract on the purchase of bakery equipment with the company, and with which company the plaintiff brought him into contact. The first-instance verdict obliges the defendant to pay the plaintiff a debt of 52,000 euros for the installation of bakery equipment. In the proceedings before the Appellate Court, I managed to change the judgment on appeal and reject the claim against the defendant due to the lack of passive identification on his side.
