In this case, I defended the person who caused the traffic accident, a citizen of the Republic of Serbia who caused a traffic accident in Montenegro. In this traffic accident, the defendant, as the driver of a passenger motor vehicle in the tunnel, contacted a passenger motor vehicle from the opposite direction, when the passenger in his vehicle suffered severe life-threatening injuries, and the criminal court found him guilty and sentenced him to a suspended prison sentence of 6 months, with a verification period of 2 years.
